Gmail themes
This morning when I opened my Gmail, I noticed it looks quite different. It turns out Google has noticed all the various GreaseMonkey scripts flying around that enabled you to customise your Gmail look ‘n feel.
As part of the Gmail Labs experiments, they have released themes, and I must say it makes quite a difference. I’m not usually a guy that falls for gimmicks and I tend to stick to a minimalist approach, but the themes certainly are refreshing. I still doubt that I’ll ever want a giraffe or a ninja on my Gmail background! 
So get it while it’s hot!
- Log into your Gmail
- Click on the green Erlenmeyer flask icon at the top
- Click on themes
- Choose a non-childish theme.
